Tropical Sun Smoothie
- 1 banana, ripe and peeled
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked dried coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup ice
In blender, combine banana, mango, pineapple, milk, yogurt, coconut and vanilla; blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
