No Bake Cookies
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup kefir, plain
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, smooth

In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, and oats.
Add kefir and peanut butter, stir until combined.
Use a small cookie scoop or rounded tablespoon to scoop mixture onto parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
