Brown Sugar Butternut Squash Latte
- 1 cup prepared coffee
- 1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat, 1%, or 2%
- 1/4 cup frozen butternut squash, cooked and pureed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cook frozen butternut squash cubes. This can be done by simply heating them in the microwave with 2 tablespoons of water for 2-3 minutes.
Place butternut squash in the blender with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and blend until completely smooth. Add the brown sugar butternut squash puree to a large mason jar with milk. Shake until milk bubbles begin to form then remove lid and heat in the microwave for 25-35 seconds. Add ½ cup of coffee to each coffee mug then divide the milk mixture between the two mugs.
