Coconut Cream Pie Milkshake
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 whole graham cracker
- Garnish: whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs and additional coconut
Place all of the shake ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Divide the shake evenly between two glasses. Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle with additional coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
