TESTIMONIALS

In 2018 as the holidays were just beginning, our family farm found ourselves in a situation that was unfamiliar and uncomfortable. We immediately reached out to UDIM for help, and they started monitoring the story. Their help and guidance made a rough situation manageable. We will always appreciate UDIM for their help and support.

Monica Crandall, Crandall Dairy, Battle Creek

We knew the UDIM team could help us work through a horrible accident on our farm while we were still reeling from the death of a team member. We also needed to make sure our other employees were okay and we still needed to take care of our cows.

UDIM helped us draft a family statement we shared with everyone, and I mean everyone. We gave the statement to our milkman, nutritionist, veterinarian, insurance agent and anyone else who stopped. The night of the accident three TV stations stopped by the farm, they all received the statement.

The UDIM team was there for us. They were a resource we could rely on. Make sure one of the first things you do is call UDIM.

Jason Griffin, Valley Grove Dairy, Hastings

When I realized we had a crisis, I called UDIM and our cooperative right away. UDIM took the lead in making sure we contacted the people who could help us and offer advice. That was a great help, so we could focus on being there for our employees and family members. UDIM wrote a statement for the media and was on the phone with me when the media showed up at the farm. They also monitored social media.
