Emily Mattern is the School Nutrition Program Manager at Milk Means More. Emily is a Registered Dietitian and did her undergraduate and graduate studies at Michigan State University, where she holds a master’s degree in Health Communication. She has worked in and around schools her entire career, including, a Food Service Director, as well as working as a Sales Representative selling food to schools and supporting the segment through marketing. As a life-long milk drinker and ice cream lover, working for the dairy council is a perfect fit. She is happy to pass those loves on to her husband and two young sons.
