Instructions

If desired, prepare Chocolate-Garnished Martini Glasses. In microwave-safe bowl combine semisweet chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool slightly. Pipe or drizzle the chocolate in decorative pattern on the rims of two 10- to 12-ounce, heat-proof martini glasses. Let stand about 1 hour or until set.

In small saucepan combine milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in chocolate liqueur and raspberry liqueur. Pour into Chocolate-Garnished Martini Glasses (if desired) or two 10- to 12-ounce mugs.
