- 4 dried figs
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 cup yogurt, greek
- 1/4 cup milk, 2%
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 ice cubes

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add dried figs and almond extract. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the figs with a slotted spoon; cut off the stems and coarsely chop.
Place the figs, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and ice cubes into the blender and blend on high until smooth.
Serve garnished with extra ground cinnamon, if desired.
