Vanilla Chai Popsicles
- 2 cups water
- 3 Chai teabags
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk, 2%

Add the water, teabags and sugar to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully remove the teabags. Stir in the vanilla and set aside to cool.
Once the mixture has cooled, add the milk to the pan and stir well. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer until solid, at least 3 hours.
When the popsicles are ready to eat, carefully run slightly warm water over the outside of the mold to loosen the popsicles. Remove and serve immediately. Any leftovers can be stored in the freezer, individually wrapped in plastic wrap, for up to one week.
