Two-step Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 cup prepared coffee
- 1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat, 1%, or 2%
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream, optional

Combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice and milk into a large mason jar. Put lid on and shake until milk bubbles form. Remove lid and microwave for 25-35 seconds.
Pour ½ cup of coffee into each mug. Divide up milk mixture between the two mugs. Top with whipped cream if desired.
