Tropical Boba Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2.12 oz.) instant brown sugar boba (1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed pineapple, mango and strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (5%, 2% or fat-free)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla

Thicker than traditional boba tea, this tropical-inspired smoothie features a creamy blend of pineapple, mango, strawberries and coconut served over shiny black boba pearls.

Instructions

  1. Prepare boba according to package directions.
  2. In blender container, combine fruit, milk, yogurt, honey and coconut extract. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  3. Place boba in 14- to 16-ounce glass. Pour fruit mixture over top. Serve immediately.

Yield 1 1/2 cups; 1 serving
