- 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon milk, additional to thin, as needed
- 2 tablespoons pickled hot peppers, more to make spicier*

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth (about 2-3 minutes). Taste the feta dip and add additional hot peppers for more spice or additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time to thin as desired.
Top with chopped hot peppers, fresh herbs, or paprika. Serve with assorted vegetables and pita.
*Recipe Note: To make a mild version, add ¼ cup of a jarred roasted red pepper instead of hot peppers.
