Sweet & Tart Cherry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen, pitted sweet cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen, pitted tart cherries
- 1/3 cup tart or black cherry 100% juice
- 1/4 cup fat-free, 2% or whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In blender container combine yogurt, frozen sweet cherries, frozen tart cherries, cherry juice, milk and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 16- to 18-ounce glass. Serve immediately.
