- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices cheese, Mozzarella
- Toppings: pepperoni, diced red bell pepper, black olives and sliced mushrooms
- Red pepper flakes, optional

Preheat the oven to 400° F. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise, then crosswise, so that you end up with four pieces. Place the bread on a large baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bread pieces. Add desired toppings, then top each one with three slices of the cheese, slightly overlapping.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown on top. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
