- 1/2 cup assortment of broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, cherry tomato, radish and carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves or spring mix greens
- 1-1 1/2 ounces low-fat Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- Wooden skewer
Alternate vegetables, spinach leaves, and cheese cubes on a skewer.
Dip in dressing of choice.
