Ricotta with Peaches, Pecans and Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup cheese, Ricotta - homemade, part-skim or whole
- 1 peach, sliced (you can use any variety of peach)
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans, regular or candied
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Layer ¼ cup of ricotta cheese in the bottom of the bowl or other serving vessel. Top with ½ the diced peaches, ½ tablespoon of pecans, and ½ tablespoon of maple syrup. Repeat once more. Serve immediately.
Note: If making ahead, set aside pecans and add those right before serving.
