Ingredients
Bottom Layer
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup milk, whole
- 1/4 cup yogurt, whole milk plain Greek
Middle Layer
- 1 ripe banana, previously frozen in chunks
- 1/2 cup yogurt, whole milk plain Greek
Top Layer
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt, whole milk plain Greek

Instructions
Working one layer at a time, start by placing all of the ingredients for the bottom layer in a high-speed blender and pureeing until smooth. Divide evenly between two tall glasses.
Rinse blender then repeat step one with the middle layer ingredients. Finally, repeat with the top layer ingredients.
Note: If you’re not working with frozen fruit the layers will not be thick enough to stay separate. Instead, try blending in ice and/or placing the glass in the freezer between each layer. That said, it tastes just as delicious if the layers don’t stay separate.
