Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt Dip
- 2 cups nonfat or whole vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Apple slices and graham crackers, optional for dipping
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and serve with sliced fruit, graham crackers or anything else you desire, to dip.
