- 1 1/2 cups cheese, finely shredded Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine cheese, basil and garlic powder. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 2-inch rounds on a greased aluminum-foil or parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake Parmesan rounds for 6-8 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
Serve with warmed marinara sauce if desired.
