- 4 large tomatoes
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/3 cup cheese, Parmesan - shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Cut the core out the tomato plus some of the inside and discard. Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic powder and fill with Parmesan cheese. Place tomatoes on the grill, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and cheese is melted. Top with chopped basil.
