Overnight Kefir Oats
- 1 1/3 cups blueberry kefir
- 2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almond
Combine kefir, oats, and blueberries in an air-tight container.
Refrigerate overnight, at least 12 hours.
Toast almonds by placing them in a dry sauté pan. Move the almonds frequently in the pan being careful to not burn.
Divide kefir oats into two bowls and top with toasted almonds.
