- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice cream, vanilla
- 1/3 cup chilled club soda or seltzer water
- 1 slice Fresh orange slice (optional)

In small bowl whisk together orange juice and honey.
In 12-ounce serving glass place ice cream. Top with orange juice mixture. Pour club soda on top. Garnish with orange slice (if desired). Serve immediately with spoon and straw.
