Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup whole grain O’s cereal
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup milk, whole
  • 1 cup yogurt, greek - vanilla flavored

Carbohydrate: 22g (7%)
Protein: 9g (18%)
Total Fat: 28g (43%)
Saturated Fat: 2.5g (13%)

Cholesterol: 0mg (0%)

Dietary Fiber: 2g (8%)

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir, and microwave for 15 seconds more. Add the oats, O's, and milk to that same bowl. Stir to combine.

With a large ice cream scoop, form the bites and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Dip each bite into the yogurt, coating half, placing back on the baking sheet. Place the yogurt-dipped bites into the freezer for one hour. Remove from the freezer and sit out at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!

Bites can be stored in your freezer in an airtight container for up to one month.
