- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, torn
- 1 cup milk, fat-free, 2% or whole
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
In a blender container, combine spinach, milk, mango and flax seeds.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into a 18-20 ounce glass. Serve immediately.
