- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 3/4 cups milk, fat-free
- 1 (5.1-ounce) box vanilla pudding mix

Combine pineapple, apples, sliced banana, and milk in a bowl. Stirring very slowly, sprinkle pudding (while stirring) over fruit. Let stand five minutes to set.
Note: Any combination of fresh, frozen or canned fruits may be used in this recipe. Do not use fresh pineapple or kiwi fruit because the pudding will not set.
