- 2/3 cup fresh red raspberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup ice cream, vanilla
- 2/3 cup limoncello
- 1 1/3 cups seltzer water or sparkling water

In a small bowl combine raspberries and sugar. Use fork to slightly crush berries. Mix well. Set aside.
Scoop ice cream into two tall 16-ounce glasses. Pour raspberry mixture over ice cream.
Pour limoncello over raspberries. Pour seltzer water on top. Serve immediately with straws and long spoons.
