Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cubed honeydew melon, (cantaloupe can be used)
- 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions
In a blender, combine milk, melon and apple juice concentrate.
Cover and Blend until Smooth.
Pour into a 16 to 18 ounce glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
