Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt, plain Greek
- juice of one lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Fresh parsley, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice, garlic, and all of the spices until smooth.
- Add the chicken thighs and turn to coat them all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinade-coated chicken pieces on the grill and grill until cooked through, about 12 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. Serve with couscous and roasted potatoes on the side, if desired.
