Ingredients
- 1 cup assorted stone fruits, (peaches, nectarines, cherries)
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon sliced Almonds
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 teaspoons honey, greek
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
Preheat grill and gather all equipment and ingredients needed.
Pit and slice cherries in half followed by peaches and nectarines. Cut peaches and nectarines into small pieces to match the cherry halves. Place stone fruits on a skewer and grill for 2 minutes per side. Stone fruits will be soft and slightly charred when done. Remove from grill and place in the freezer for at least one hour.
While stone fruits are cooling down. Place sliced almonds and oats in a dry sauté pan and toast over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Will be slightly browned with a nutty aroma when finished.
Combine chilled stone fruit, yogurt, kefir, lemon juice, honey, and almond extract in a blender. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into a glass and top with toasted oats and almonds. Serve immediately.
