Grilled Broccoli with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 pound large broccoli crown, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan-Reggiano cheese
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Instructions
Cut broccoli into about 12 large spears. Place in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic. Toss to coat.
Place grill grid* on grill over medium heat. Arrange broccoli, in a single layer, on grid. Grill for 10 to 14 minutes or until broccoli begins to char, turning frequently.
Transfer broccoli to bowl. Sprinkle with cheese, lemon juice and lemon peel. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
*Note: If you don’t have a grill grid (flat pan with holes), make one by punching about 3/8-inch diameter holes in a disposable foil pan.
