- 1 cup yogurt, non-fat Greek
- 1 (8-ounce) package cheese, Neufchatel
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
