- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt, plain fat-free Greek
- 1/2 cup unsweetened protein powder
- 1/4 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- several scoops ice
