- 1 1/2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries, pineapple, peaches, mango, blueberries, banana or combination of fruits*
- 3/4 cup orange juice, pineapple juice or apple juice
- 1/2 cup milk, nonfat dry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses. Serve immediately.

*Note: To use canned or fresh fruits in place of the frozen, drain the fruit, if canned. Place fruit, in a single layer, on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze at least 2 hours. Use as directed above.
