- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract, optional

In food processor combine all ingredients. Cover and process until consistency of soft serve ice cream, stopping and scraping down sides of food processor bowl as necessary. Spoon into two 10- to 12-ounce glasses. Serve immediately.
