Ingredients

- 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional add-ins: wheat germ flaxseed protein powder ginger banana nut butter cocoa powder cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%

Instructions
Add fruit, yogurt, spinach, honey, lemon juice, and any add-ins you want to quart-sized freezer bags. Remove as much air as possible. Freeze.
To blend smoothie, remove frozen smoothie ingredients from plastic bag and place in blender. Add milk. Blend until smooth; about 3 minutes. If you like your smoothie less frozen, take out of freezer and place bag in a warm bowl of water 30 minutes before blending.
