Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen, pitted sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, low fat vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk, fat-free, 2% or whole
  • 1/4 cup tart or black cherry cherry 100% juice

Instructions

In blender container combine frozen cherries, yogurt, milk and cherry juice. Cover and blend until smooth

Pour into 20-ounce glass. Serve immediately.
