Dark Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk, low-fat – chocolate
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Two kinds of chocolate for richness, raspberries for tang and special sweet goodness of dates! Delish!

Instructions

  1. In a blender container, combine ice, milk, raspberries, dates and cocoa powder.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a 14-16 ounce glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
