- 1 cup homemade yogurt (can use store bought)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried or fresh mint
- Olive oil (optional)

In medium sized mixing bowl, stir together crushed garlic, salt and yogurt.
Slowly add water to the yogurt mixture, stirring with a whisk, until you reach your desired consistency.
Stir in cucumbers and mint. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the top and serve immediately.
