Creamy Strawberry Boba Tea

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup boiling water*
- 1 green tea bag*
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 1/2 cup whole milk or light cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pack (2.12 oz.) instant brown sugar boba (1/4 cup)
A slightly sweet, strawberry milk beverage featuring chewy boba pearls.
Instructions
- In a heat-proof 14- to 16-ounce glass, pour hot water over tea bag. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and discard. Set tea aside to cool about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a blender container, combine strawberries, milk or cream and honey. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
- Prepare boba according to package directions. Add to cooled tea in glass. Pour in strawberry mixture. Stir well. Serve with wide straw or spoon.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups; 1 serving
