Creamy Orange Smoothies
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange sections, chilled and well drained
- 1 cup milk (whole, 2% or fat-free)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (whole or low-fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In blender container combine orange sections, milk, ricotta cheese and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into two 14- to 16-ounce serving glasses. Serve immediately.
