- 1 (3-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups milk, 2%
- 2 cups berries, washed and dried

Combine pudding mix and milk in a bowl, beat until pudding is thick, about three minutes. Fold in berries.
Fill popsicle molds with pudding mixture, tap molds or cups on countertop to ensure all air bubbles have escaped and popsicle mixture has settled to bottom of mold.
Place sticks in middle of mold, making sure they are standing firmly upright.
Place popsicle in freezer for 24 hours.
Allow to sit for five minutes before removing popsicle from its mold, or you can run mold under hot water to release the popsicle from the mold.
