Creamy Fruit-Topped Dip with Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or 5% fat)
- 1 tablespoon orange juice or apple juice
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raspberries, blueberries, chopped nectarines, chopped tangerines or sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped, dry roasted peanuts
- Cinnamon pita chips or multigrain pita chips

Instructions
In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese, yogurt, orange juice, honey, nutmeg and vanilla. Spread in 7- to 8-inch circle on serving plate. Sprinkle with fruit and peanuts. Serve with pita chips.
Yield 1 1/2 cups dip plus 1 cup fruit; 6 servings
