Cheesy Turkey Burger Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups diced and peeled white or red potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 tablespoons brown or Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded or torn American cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, well drained
- Dill pickle relish (optional)
- Bread sticks (optional)
A sprinkling of dill pickle relish provides the perfect flavor accent for this ground turkey and potato soup loaded with cheese.
