Ingredients

  • 1 (4-6 ounce) container yogurt, fat-free and any flavor
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk, (nonfat, 2% or whole)
  • 1/4 cup fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, kiwi or mandarin oranges

Instructions

In a container with a tight-fitting lid, mix together yogurt, oats, milk and fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Top with additional fruit before serving if desired.

Quick Tip: Any kind of fruit can be used in this recipe. Choose fruits that match or complement the yogurt flavor. If you are making this for a large group, use plastic cups and cover the cups with plastic wrap or lids.
