Buttermilk Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk or low-fat plain kefir
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In blender container, combine peach slices, buttermilk, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 16- to 18-ounce glass. Serve immediately.
