Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 cup shredded or diced cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, low-fat cream - softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/4 cups cheese, shredded Cheddar - divided
- Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a large bowl mix together the chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and one cup of the Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Pour the dip into a baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove the dip from the oven and serve warm with baguette slices, chips, or vegetables.
