Brie and Blackberry Flatbread Pizza

These flatbreads are perfect for an appetizer or meal. The sweet blackberries are the perfect compliment to the brie and prosciutto.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Naan flatbread (can also use pita bread)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 ounces cheese, Brie - cut into small slices
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, sliced in half
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves, to top

Instructions

If using oven, preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush each piece of naan bread with olive oil. Top each naan with 2 pieces of prosciutto, half the brie cheese and blackberries.

Bake in over for 10 minutes. If grilling, preheat grill over medium heat and grill for 4-5 minutes with the lid closed.

When done, top with fresh basil, if desired.
