- 2 pieces Naan flatbread (can also use pita bread)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 ounces cheese, Brie - cut into small slices
- 1/2 cup blackberries, sliced in half
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves, to top

If using oven, preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush each piece of naan bread with olive oil. Top each naan with 2 pieces of prosciutto, half the brie cheese and blackberries.
Bake in over for 10 minutes. If grilling, preheat grill over medium heat and grill for 4-5 minutes with the lid closed.
When done, top with fresh basil, if desired.
