Avocado Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 overripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 5 ounces yogurt, low fat vanilla
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (Optional)

Instructions
Place avocado, milk, yogurt, honey and banana (if desired) in blender. Blend 45-60 seconds.
Pour into bowl. Enjoy!
