Avocado Ice Pops
- 1 cup avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until the cottage cheese becomes smooth. Pour mixture into 4-ounce popsicle molds, leaving a 1/4 inch of room at the top. Cover the molds with the lids before freezing. Place the pops into the freezer for approximately 3 to 4 hours, until frozen.
To unmold the pops, run the mold until warm water for 10 to 15 seconds. Serve immediately.
