Artichoke Feta Dip
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces cow’s milk Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350º F. In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Transfer to a glass pie plate and bake, uncovered for 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve immediately.
